Shipments and tracking
How do I track my package?
Use the code you received by email or WhatsApp on the tracking page. You'll see the recorded milestones and, when applicable, the delivery evidence. To try the flow you can use DEMO-1234.
What if I'm not home when the package arrives?
The delivery attempt is recorded and the team handles the next step according to your shipment's conditions. If you need help, message us on WhatsApp with your code.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
Message us with your code. We start the review using the traceability and evidence available for that shipment.
Where does Urban Flash deliver?
In 36 districts of Santiago, split between urban Santiago and the extended zone. The current list is in Coverage.
Do all shipments go out the same day?
Same day depends on the district, the intake time and the contracted conditions. The published daily cutoff is 1:00 pm.
Companies and pricing
How do I get a quote?
In Pricing you can calculate by district, category and monthly volume. Published amounts are net and VAT is added.
Does pickup cost anything?
It's free from five packages per pickup. Below that minimum, the calculator shows the cost before you decide.
How do I integrate my store?
Shopify, Mercado Libre and Falabella connect directly. If you have your own system, there's integration through API and webhooks. Tell us your case in Business.
Does the platform cost anything?
No. No licenses or monthly fees: it's included with shipments. You only pay per delivered package.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Your account executive confirms the formal rate based on volume and zones, and you can stop shipping whenever you want.
Working with Urban Flash
How and when do I get paid as a driver?
Pay starts at CLP 1,600 per delivered package, by category and zone, with weekly settlement and one week in reserve. Check the requirements in Drivers.
How do I apply as a driver?
Fill in the form with your details, district and vehicle type. The team reviews the information and contacts you.

Technology and Fluxo
What is Fluxo?
Fluxo is Urban Flash's artificial intelligence agent. It will answer in natural language with your operation's data: incidents, SLA, reports. It's in development and has a demo.
