Terms and conditions.

This site is operated by Urban Flash Logística y Tecnología SpA, based in Santiago, Chile.

These terms govern the use of the commercial website urbanflash.cl. The specific conditions of a logistics service are defined in the quote, proposal, service order or contract accepted by the customer. If there is a difference between this document and a current commercial agreement, that agreement prevails.

You may browse, check coverage, review reference rates, track shipments and send commercial requests or applications. You must use the site lawfully, provide truthful information and avoid any action that affects its security or operation.

The tracking code is required to look up a shipment. Whoever uses it is responsible for safeguarding it and for not sharing third-party information without authorization.

Published amounts allow you to estimate a shipment by category, zone and volume. Unless otherwise stated, calculator prices are expressed in Chilean pesos, are net and VAT is added.

The final rate may depend on the actual characteristics of the package, coverage, volume, pickup frequency and other operational conditions. A quote is considered accepted only through the commercial channels defined by Urban Flash.

The scope may include pickup, sorting, last-mile transport, tracking and delivery evidence, according to the contracted service. Cutoff times, enabled districts and service levels may vary by route, demand, contingency or commercial agreement.

References to same-day delivery describe the modality available under certain conditions; on their own they do not constitute a guarantee for any shipment outside the coverage or the published schedule.

Whoever contracts the service agrees to:

• Provide correct information about the sender, recipient, address, contact and declared contents.
• Use packaging suitable for the weight, dimensions, fragility and nature of the product.
• Not hand over prohibited or dangerous goods, or goods whose circulation requires undisclosed authorizations.
• Respect the limits and conditions of the contracted category.
• Urban Flash may refuse or stop a shipment when there are safety risks, incomplete information, clearly insufficient packaging or legal or operational breaches.

Tracking statuses and the available evidence document the operation. In case of damage, loss, wrong address, absent recipient or other incident, the review starts through the official support channel.

The Urban Flash brand, its texts, designs, graphic elements, software and content belong to Urban Flash or are used with authorization. They may not be copied, exploited or presented as one's own without prior authorization.

The site contains links to external platforms, such as WhatsApp and social networks. Their operation and handling of information are governed by each provider's terms.

Urban Flash may update this document when the site, the services or the applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at this same address with its update date.
