What comes in before the 1 PM cutoff can go out on route the same day, depending on district and contracted conditions.
Delivery with a photo
Every delivery is recorded with a photo, visible to you and your customer. If someone complains, you answer with data.
Tracking for your customer
Your customer follows the package milestone by milestone with their code, without installing anything.
What it costs
What you pay per shipment, up to 99 packages a month.
Price per package in the first tier of the rate card, net + VAT, by category and zone. As you grow, the price drops by monthly volume tier.

How much does it cost to ship a package in Santiago?
With up to 99 packages a month, a Standard package costs CLP 2,800 + VAT in urban Santiago and CLP 3,700 + VAT in the extended zone; a Large one, CLP 3,200 and CLP 4,100 + VAT. Special packages are quoted case by case. The more you ship each month, the lower the price per package.
Do you pick up if I only have a few packages?
Yes. Pickup is free from 5 packages per pickup; below that minimum it costs CLP 5,000 + VAT.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Your account executive confirms the formal rate based on volume and zones, and you can stop shipping whenever you want.
Does the platform cost anything?
No. No licenses or monthly fees: it's included with your shipments. You only pay per delivered package.
Do my orders go out the same day?
Same day depends on the district, the time the order comes in and the contracted conditions. The published daily cutoff is 1:00 pm.
Can I connect my online store?
Yes. Shopify, Mercado Libre and Falabella connect directly, and WooCommerce is among the platforms we integrate. If you use another system, our API and webhooks connect it. An account executive coordinates the connection with you.
